IVEL Consult was appointed to design this night club with a total floor area of nearly 1000 sq m, which eventually earned its fame as one of Plovdiv’s best and most visited clubs. The interior is designed to correspond entirely to the sounds of electronic and house music. It is based on the concept of dynamism and restlessness – a deconstructive entrance leads through a stainless steel tunnel to the internal space of the club, surrounded by steel and glass structures spread on several levels.

The building uses very good architectural and landscape design to provide a high quality environment for the frail elderly to live in. The quality of the building design also provides a positive response to the landscape character of the wider area.
