This single story building has been designed to provide childcare facilities for the employees of South Devon College.

It has been procured by energy and cost-efficient offsite method within a 12 week program. It features highly insulated timber panels with external aluminium cladding. Energy efficient glazing has been installed throughout. Timber has been specified from sustainable sources.
